How do I pay using paypal?

 

When you select paypal as your payment method at checkout, you will be redirected back to paypal to submit your information and proceed. Then you will be sent back to our IEA checkout page. From there, click the 'pay' button and follow the instructions on the screen. You will then receive an email reciept of your purchase!

 

Is all of your merchandise licensed?

 

Yes, every item on our website has been officially licensed by the respective bands. After all, part of the reason we’re here is to pay homage to the bands we know and love. To sell bootlegged, copied, or unlicensed products would be kind of like ripping them off!

 

What is the quality of the tee shirts?

 

The tees, in most cases, are 100% heavyweight preshrunk cotton. We searched for a long, LONG time to find vendors with tees of quality, and we pass that along to you.

 

What is the difference between a regular tee and a fitted tee?

 

Fitted tees fit a bit more snug then regular tees. If you're not sure what size to get and you really want the fitted style, you might want to go one size bigger.

 

How do backorders work?

 

We do our best to keep our inventory levels up so we can avoid backorders. Occasionally though, items go out of stock. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will email you to see if you’d like a replacement item or if you’d like to wait for the item to come back in stock.

 

How long does it take for an order to ship?

 

We ship everyday; our normal processing time for an order is 7 to 14 days.

 

What is your return policy?

 

Clothing or patches can be returned for refund or exchange as long as they have not been washed or used. Basically, clothing items need to be in NEW, resalable condition. (And believe us; we know what a washed tee shirt looks like!)

 

If the item is a CD or DVD, it must remain in its original sealed packaging. The exception, of course, is if the item if defective.
